Realme 12+ 5G: Launch Details

Realme is set to unveil its latest addition to the Realme 12 series, the Realme 12+ 5G, in India on March 6. Alongside, the company will introduce the budget-friendly Realme 12 5G smartphone. Pre-order and launch offers have already been announced by the company ahead of the official launch event.

Launch Date and Sales

Both the Realme 12 5G and the Realme 12+ 5G are slated for launch in India on March 6, with availability on Flipkart, the Realme Online store, and authorized retailers nationwide. Pre-orders are now open, offering discounts of up to ₹2,000 and additional benefits.

Realme 12+ 5G: Specifications

Running on Android 14 out of the box, the Realme 12+ 5G features the company’s realme UI 5.0 skin. This customized version of Android powers a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with an impressive 120Hz refresh rate.

Unlike its predecessors, which housed Snapdragon chipsets, the Realme 12+ adopts the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset. Expected memory configurations include 8GB RAM paired with either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.

In terms of optics, the Realme 12+ 5G boasts a versatile triple camera setup on the rear. This setup comprises a 50MP primary camera equipped with a Sony LYT-600 sensor and OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, the device sports a 16MP front-facing camera.

Powering the device is a robust 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. Additional features include an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance.
